The Chain of Hearts is a house plant much loved for its small heart shaped leaves and trailing vines.
Although not a succulent, they're best to be treated like one and are super easy care!
They love the brightest indirect light you can give them, but not too much direct sun.
Water infrequently and allow it to dry out completely before re-watering.
