Philodendron Ring Of Fire - 14cm

The Philodendron Ring Of Fire is a conversation starting & easy to care for member of the Philodendron family.

It features long, wavy foliage with splashy variegation in various shades of cream, white and even orange tones. This variety has quickly become a super popular as an easy to care for house plant over recent years!

General Care Guide

Lighting - The Ring Of Fire can tolerate anything from bright indirect light to lower light conditions, but is happiest somewhere in between. Just be weary of direct sun as this may cause the leaves to burn, especially on the pinker sections of leaf. In darker areas, the use of a Grow Light can help to enhance the variegation!

Watering - Philodendrons in general don't like having wet feet, we recommend watering once the soil has become at least 80% dry to avoid root rot.

Soil - When it comes time to re-pot, use a well draining, all round soil mix, such as our GrowingGreen House Plant Mix.

Grow Pole - Philodendrons are climbers, so will need some support as they climb. They come on a coir pole, however we recommend to use a grow pole such as a Thiccly Grow Pole, so its roots can grow into the pole and offer extra support.

Fertiliser - We recommend feeding every time you water using a fertiliser, such as GT Foliage Focus or SuperThrive Foliage Pro to help your plant thrive!
