The Spathiphyllum, otherwise known as the Peace Lily, has been a staple house plant for many, many years as they are known for being easy and fuss free.
The Sensation variety is also known as the 'Giant Peace Lily' and can be known to get up to 1.8m tall and just as wide! They are also known for being one of the best air purifying plants around.
General Care Guide
Lighting - Spathiphyllum can tolerate anything from bright indirect light to lower light conditions, but is happiest somewhere in between. Just be weary of direct sun as this may cause the leaves to burn.
Watering - In general, they like to be kept slightly moist at all times, so don't allow to dry out more than 50%. They will droop if they haven't had enough water.
Soil - When it comes time to re-pot, use a well draining, all round soil mix, such as our GrowingGreen House Plant Mix.
Fertiliser - We recommend feeding every time you water using a fertiliser, such as GT Foliage Focus to help your plant thrive!
